Mine Status
The old Vortex property { Yogo Creek Mining} has a new owner and is in production. I have been cutting quite a few stones for him and have even talked him out of some rough. Prices will remain high as the vein he is working is less than a foot wide and as much as 400 feet deep. Avalable stones include about a dozen rounds over a carat the largest being 2.10 ct and a shallow, slight window, 2.34 ct.
Shown below is the last batch to come in. It should keep me busy for a while.
